Love and longing.
History and stories
Tenderness and tension
Safety and vulnerability
Things we understand and things we don't.
Closeness and space
The things we remember and the things we’ve forgotten
Who we were then and who we are now
Our relationship with our mother is our first experience of Life.
Through it, we can learn about...
Love. Connection. Emotional safety. Belonging. Closeness. Becoming ourselves.
We don't consciously choose these learnings. They emerge through experience. And over time, they can become part of the beliefs, roles and ways of being, through which we experience ourselves.
The fiercely independent one.
The responsible one.
The caring one.
The one who kept the peace.
The high achiever.
The one who noticed what others needed.
Or perhaps you simply found your own unique way of belonging.
Curiosity and understanding creates space.
Space to pause.
Space to notice.
Space between an old response and what is happening right now.
Space to see ourselves with more compassion.
Space to experience our mother as a woman, and ourselves as the women we've become.
And within that space, there can be something quietly powerful:
Not changing the past. Not changing anyone else. Simply having more freedom in how we experience ourselves now.
A day to understand, release, and create space to embody who you are today.

A SPACE TO UNDERSTAND with Tatiana Cross
The Mother-Daughter Circle is a warm, facilitated space to explore your own experience as a daughter in relationship with your mother.
We'll explore:
Why the mother–daughter relationship naturally changes as daughters become
adults.
The different stages of the relationship and the challenges each stage can bring.
Why two women who love each other deeply can experience the same relationship so differently.
What emotional imprints are and how they quietly shape the way we see ourselves
and our relationships.
How childhood experiences influence the way we communicate, respond, and
connect as adults.
Why awareness is the first step towards creating a different future.
There will be conversation. Reflection. Listening. Recognition and Curisoity

A SPACE TO RELEASE with Attalia Egerton
The Mind Alignment Method gives us a way to work with what we carry within ourselves, the memories, emotional imprints, beliefs and identities that can shape our experience in relationships.
Here, we work with the subconscious mind, tending to what we learned and what we continue to "use" in our relationships.
When these old programs are no longer accessed and applied to the present moment, a space is created for something new and real to emerge.
Here we access presence and possibility. We stay open and curious with a willingness to be present to what the moment offers each of us in our own process.
This is a gentle, yet powerfully transformative experience offering more awareness, more space and more freedom.

A SPACE TO CREATE with Mud.Woman
Having explored what shaped us and created space for what is ready to release, we move into embodiment.
With clay in your hands, you'll be invited to connect with what is present for you now.
This isn't about making something beautiful or getting it right.
It's an opportunity to slow down, listen inwardly, and allow something that has emerged through your experience to take form.
From awareness into experience.
From thought into feeling.
From possibility into something tangible.
You don't need artistic experience, and you don't need to know what you're going to create.
You simply begin and allow.

Hi, I’m Tatiana, founder of The Mother-Daughter Collective, an adult daughter, a mum, and someone who could happily talk about mothers and daughters for hours! I’m endlessly curious about why Mum can make us laugh like nobody else, drive us slightly crazy, make us angry, and occasionally make a perfectly capable grown woman feel 15 again.
I love bringing women together for real conversations, the kind where someone says something and you think, “Oh my goodness, I thought that was just me!”
Through The Mother-Daughter Collective, I help women recognise and break generational cycles—giving a voice to the past, transforming the present, and creating a freer future for the next generation of daughters.
I create safe spaces where the unspoken can be spoken, without judgment, shame, or blame.
I’m really looking forward to joining Attalia for this Circle, sharing a few laughs, having some beautiful conversations, and exploring what it means to be an adult daughter

Hi, I’m Attalia, a mother, a daughter and practitioner.
I’m deeply curious about what makes us who we are today, particularly the relationships that shape us before we have the words to understand them.
I work with the subconscious mind gently yet powerfully, exploring the memories, emotional imprints, identities and beliefs held beneath the surface of who we think we are. As we release these, we can create space our authentic Self to emerge and guide our lives.
As a mother, I care deeply about creating relationships where there is room to be honest, connected and fully ourselves. As a daughter, I’m interested in what becomes possible when we look at this relationship with curiosity, compassion and fresh eyes.
The Space We Share is an opportunity to bring curiosity into the room, to explore, connect and create a little more space for who we are beyond what we learned.

Mud Woman
My name is Shoshona, also known as Mud Woman. I am self taught functional and sculptural ceramic artist, with a background counselling and psychotherapy.
I facilitate workshops and group events usually centred around the feminine form. I love creating a space where people can connect to their authentic selves, their creativity and other humans. I am absolutely obsessed with the Woman. I find her so beautiful to sculpt and love to explore her many archetypes through my hands, heart and the Earth.
It is my intention…to invite others to really look… look past the societal conditioning of what is deemed as beautiful and see with fresh eyes.
The greatest gift that I have recieved thus far from working with clay is the capacity to be able to feel and be present with the sensations that are happening in my body, in a really safe way.
So my invitation is for you to come get ya hands muddy and find out for yourself what gifts may await you :)

Not by changing the past.
Not by needing the relationship to look a certain way.
But by understanding your own experience more deeply.
By making space for the woman you are today.
By discovering what becomes possible when there is more room to simply be yourself.
The Space We Share
A one-day experience for women exploring the relationship between mother, daughter and Self.
Come curious.
Come exactly as you are.
There is nothing you need to fix.
Just a day to explore, understand, experience and discover the woman within.
